Eco village in MARRAKESH/MOROCCO
We are Earth Development, a Moroccan Company working on sustainable construction, design, renewable energy and environment.
We are the owner of the project of an eco-village (Ecocity) spread over 44 hectares in the province of Haouz (Located 53 km from the city of Marrakech which will house the COP 22 in November 2016 and about 130 km from Green City of Ben Guerir) and designed around four parts respecting the principles of sustainable development: the traditional habitat and the farm, collective housing, medinal houses and a theme park with a hotel complex, a hospital, an institute of training and information, children’s playground, fitness center and thalassotherapy…
Plans are approved and construction permits are acquired.
Earth Development is initiating other projects as bigger as the eco-village on the Atlantic Coast.
Our buildings use local ecomaterial as soil and stone, green spaces are preserved and energy supply is based on renewable energy (solar water heaters, solar PV power plant connected to the grid or off grid, solar pumps, solar street lights, sewage treatment plant ….).
Our group brings together client, architects, engineers and designers working on several ideas aimed to improve the esthetics of solar thermal and PV equipment to better facilitate their integration in the framework of our project.
The project involves the setting up about 10,000 m2 of solar water heaters, more than two MW of photovoltaic including public lighting, one or more purification station …., which shows the size and the importance of this project in terms of energy and environment.
It is in this context that we address you to jointly explore the possibilities and modalities of a partnership in order to accompany us to achieve this integrated project and to develop a market exceeding all competition and providing the foundation for business in the short, medium and long term.
We would also like to present this project to the COP 22 because it is an eligible project for its environmental dimensions.

Microfinancement pour un hôtel au Nigéria
Un microfinancement est recherché pour les travaux extérieurs et l’aménagement intérieur d’un nouvel hôtel à Benin City au Nigeria.
La construction de cet hôtel comportant 2 étages et 24 chambres et un bar est déjà terminée.
Il reste encore à réaliser la peinture extérieure de l’immeuble et le pavage autour de l’hôtel ainsi que les emplacements de parking.
Pour l’aménagement intérieur, du matériel de cuisine, des lits, des armoires, une installation de climatisation et du mobilier sont requis.
Capital requis : 15 000,00 EUR
Taux d’intérêt : 20 %

Mine d’or du Zimbabwe
Entreprise zimbabwéenne avec des licences, des équipements et des installations d’hébergement. Actuellement, la production est basée sur le fraisage à façon (également appelé fraisage à façon) générant un flux de trésorerie positif. Pour que la mine atteigne son plein potentiel, il faut qu’il y ait des travaux d’exploration supplémentaires et que des capitaux supplémentaires soient investis, le cas échéant selon un modèle par étapes. La mine n’a pas encore été pleinement exploitée en raison du mauvais fonctionnement des marchés des capitaux du pays. Il y a des décharges de sable extractibles, mais l’accent est mis principalement sur l’exploitation souterraine et possiblement à ciel ouvert sur le site.
Les travaux d’exploration antérieurs ont donné des indications de ressources d’au moins 600-1200 kg à 4-6 g/t en moyenne. Les 120 000 tonnes de résidus de sable d’or donnent 0,65-1,0 g/t, dont la rentabilité est estimée à l’extraction. Les nouveaux résidus générés par le broyage à forfait donnent environ 2,5 g/t.
Sur le site minier, propriété de la société, nous trouvons de l’équipement de base pour le traitement des minerais d’or convenant aux petites exploitations, 2 tracteurs à roues, un tracteur à chenilles, un laboratoire sur place, avec machine AA, Internet à large bande par satellite, pelle mécanique Cat 920bl et 4 chambres à coucher pour les gestionnaires de maison et les employés.
Les permis d’exploitation couvrent 100 ha et ont une longueur latérale identifiée d’au moins 1,5 km. Deux récifs parallèles ont été identifiés ainsi qu’une zone parallèle de mur en pied de falaise avec une forte probabilité.
L’activité actuelle d’usinage à forfait à petite échelle en cours génère des revenus nets positifs.
