Os lucros, dividendos e ganhos de capital podem ser enviados para o exterior sem dificuldades.<br \/>\nN\u00e3o existe qualquer exig\u00eancia de investimento de capital m\u00ednimo.<br \/>\nSe o investimento for de, no m\u00ednimo, 1.000.000 de d\u00f3lares, s\u00e3o poss\u00edveis incentivos fiscais.<br \/>\nS\u00e3o impostos os seguinte limites: Se o investimento for num dos seguintes setores:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>eletricidade e \u00e1gua<\/li>\n<li>hotelaria<\/li>\n<li>turismo<\/li>\n<li>transporte e log\u00edstica<\/li>\n<li>constru\u00e7\u00e3o de estradas<\/li>\n<li>telecomunica\u00e7\u00f5es<\/li>\n<li>tecnologia da informa\u00e7\u00e3o e meios de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>duas condi\u00e7\u00f5es devem ser atendidas:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Nestes setores, deve ser realizada uma parceria com cidad\u00e3os angolanos ou empresas angolanas que devem deter, pelo menos, 35% do capital social.<\/li>\n<li>Deve existir um envolvimento real do parceiro angolano na gest\u00e3o da empresa, e esse facto deve ficar claro no contrato social.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>A empresa angolana deve ter um endere\u00e7o registado em
