{"id":658,"date":"2014-11-10T17:31:24","date_gmt":"2014-11-10T15:31:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.afric-invest.com\/?p=658"},"modified":"2016-09-14T11:52:38","modified_gmt":"2016-09-14T09:52:38","slug":"beijing-largest-trading-partner-of-angola","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.afric-invest.com\/fr\/angola\/beijing-largest-trading-partner-of-angola\/","title":{"rendered":"P\u00e9kin, premier partenaire commercial de l&rsquo;Angola et pionnier dans la reconstruction"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Partenaire strat\u00e9gique, la Chine occupe un place de choix dans l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie, notamment pour la r\u00e9alisation de grands travaux publics que P\u00e9kin finance par des pr\u00eat \u00e0 long terme.\u00a0 La Chine est le premier partenaire comercial de l&rsquo;Angola avec 36 milliards de dollars d&rsquo;\u00e9changes en 2013.<\/p>\n<p>Si environ la moiti\u00e9 de la production angolaise de p\u00e9trole (qui a baiss\u00e9 r\u00e9cemment pour des raisnos techniques, passant \u00e0 1,6 millions de barrils para jour en juillet 2014) est actuellement export\u00e9e en Chine (l&rsquo;Angola est pour ce pays le deuxi\u00e8me fournisseur de p\u00e9trole apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;Arabie saoudite), elle n&rsquo;est pas uniquement le fait des remboursements des pr\u00eats conced\u00e9s par P\u00e9kin. Une partie du p\u00e9trole est tout simplement vendue, y compris lorsqu&rsquo;il est extrait par des compagnies occidentales, comme Exxon ou Total.<\/p>\n<p>La Chinese International Fund (CIF), groupe priv\u00e9 bas\u00e9 \u00e0 Hong Kong, est fortement impliqu\u00e9 dans la r\u00e9alisation de grands travaux, tel le nouvel a\u00e9roport de Luanda dont la construction (2,9 millards de dollars) est dans la phase finale.<\/p>\n<p>En d\u00e9pit de revenues realativement \u00e9lev\u00e9s, tir\u00e9s surtout des recettes p\u00e9troli\u00e8res, la reconstruction de ce pays deux fois plus grand que la France, devenu depuis dix ans un gigantesque chantier, exige en effet des investissements colossaux. Le secteur de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie \u00e9lectrique, l&rsquo;assainissement des villes, notamment de la capitale que compte d\u00e9sormais 7 millions d&rsquo;habitants, soit un tiers de la population angolaise, ou encore ceux de l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation et la sant\u00e9 figurent parmi les priorit\u00e9s actuelles.\u00a0 L&rsquo;autre effort \u00e0 l&rsquo;ordre du jour est celui de la relance de la
