Les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices, dividendes et plus-values peuvent \u00eatre vir\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tranger sans difficult\u00e9s.<br \/>\nUn investissement minimum en capitaux est requis.<br \/>\nIl est possible d&rsquo;obtenir des all\u00e8gements fiscaux si l&rsquo;on investit au moins un (1) million de dollars.<br \/>\nLa seule restriction qui existe est la suivante\u00a0: si on a l&rsquo;intention d&rsquo;investir dans l&rsquo;un des secteurs suivants, \u00e0 savoir<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 et eaux<\/li>\n<li>services h\u00f4teliers<\/li>\n<li>tourisme<\/li>\n<li>transports et logistique<\/li>\n<li>b\u00e2timent<\/li>\n<li>travaux publics<\/li>\n<li>construction de routes<\/li>\n<li>t\u00e9l\u00e9communications<\/li>\n<li>technologie informatique et m\u00e9dias<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>deux conditions pr\u00e9alables doivent \u00eatre remplies\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Dans ces secteurs, il doit exister un partenariat avec des citoyens angolais ou des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s angolaises d\u00e9tenant au moins 35\u00a0% du capital social.<\/li>\n<li>Il doit exister une participation r\u00e9elle d&rsquo;un partenaire angolais \u00e0 la gestion de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et cet \u00e9tat de fait doit ressortir clairement des statuts de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 angolaise doit poss\u00e9der une adresse enregistr\u00e9e en Angola, \u00e9tant pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 qu&rsquo;une part d&rsquo;au moins 51\u00a0% doit \u00eatre d\u00e9tenue par un citoyen angolais.<\/p>\n<p>La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 <a href=\"\/fr\/legal-notice\/\">Dusira\u00a0UG<\/a> collabore avec des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s angolaises que
