Daneben steigt in weiten Teilen dieses Kontinents die Lebensqualit\u00e4t. Im Gegenzung sind Armut, Analphabetismus und Sterblichkeit in vielen L\u00e4ndern gesunken. F\u00fcr die Region spricht das demografische Potenzial. Heute leben mehr als 500 Mio Menschen im arbeitsf\u00e4higen Aler in Afrika. Bis 2050 wird weltweit knapp jeder Dritte im Alter zwischen 15 und 24 Jahren dort leben. Wachstumsimpulse werden vor allem von der konsumfreuidigen Mittelschicht ausgehen, zu der aktuell 300 Mio Menschen z\u00e4hlen. Verf\u00fcgten 2008  rund 56 % der Afrikaner nut \u00fcber Mittel zur Existenzsicherung, soll dieer Anteil bis 2020 auf rund 47 % fallen. Das he\u00dft anders gesagt, dass bis 2020 mehr als die H\u00e4lfte dr der Afrikaner \u00fcber die erforderlichen Mittel verf\u00fcgen wird, um erg\u00e4nzende Ausgaben f\u00fcr Mobiltelefone, IT, Autos und \u00c4hnliches zu t\u00e4tigen.  &#8230; Die genannten Zahlen beziehen sich auf Zahlen der UN sowie vom IWF.<\/p>\n<p><em>Quelle:  VDI Nachrichten, 26.
