Partner sind die brasilianischen ISP Algar Telecom, uruguayischen etablierten Telco Antel und der Angola Kabel Konsortium von angolanischen ISPs. Das Kabel wird in der Lage sein, insgesamt 64 Terabit pro Sekunde Kapazit\u00e4t \u00fcber sechs Faserpaare zu \u00fcbertragen. Die Angola Kabel Gruppe zielt darauf ab, die US-Brasilien-Kabel, um das geplante South Atlantic Cable System (SACS), die Brasilien nach Afrika im Jahr 2016 in Verbindung bringen w\u00fcrde zu
