Anders in Afrika: Dort haben die wenigsten Menschen ein Auto, oft werden Waren mit Karren und Fahrr\u00e4dern transportiert. Elektroautos spielen in Afrika schon gar keine Rolle.<\/p>\n<p>Doch schon seit Jahren arbeitet die TU M\u00fcnchen (TUM) an einem Fahrzeugkonzept, das selbst in armen L\u00e4ndern Warentransporte erlaubt, allerdings absolut umweltfreundlich. \u201eEs handelt sich um ein Fahrzeug, das sich die Menschen dort finanziell leisten k\u00f6nnen, es ist gel\u00e4ndef\u00e4hig und kann gro\u00dfe Laster transportieren\u201c, erkl\u00e4rt Prof. Markus Lienkamp, Leiter des Lehrstuhls f\u00fcr Fahrzeugtechnik.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elektrolaster entsteht in afrikanischer Microfactory<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rund um das TUM-Forscherteam ist ein Spin-Off hervorgegangen: Evum Motors. Die Firma wird in einer Modellfabrik im niederbayerischen Bayerbach eine Kleinserie von rund 1.000 Elektromobilen fertigen, ab Ende 2019. \u201eBevor das Auto in Afrika produziert werden kann, m\u00fcssen wir zun\u00e4chst die technischen Abl\u00e4ufe in den Griff bekommen\u201c, sagt Projektleiter Sascha Koberstedt. \u201eDann k\u00f6nnen wir Menschen aus Afrika hier schulen, die wiederum ihr Wissen vor Ort weitergeben.<\/p>\n<p>Schon 2017 hatten die Entwickler das Auto erstmals in Afrika auf Herz und Nieren getestest und auf der IAA einem gr\u00f6\u00dferen Publikum vorgestellt. 2020 soll die erste Microfactory in Afrika er\u00f6ffnen, die das aCar f\u00fcr weniger als 10.000 Euro anbieten wird. \u201eIch kann Ihnen die Teile des Autos in die Garage stellen und Sie k\u00f6nnen das in einer Woche zusammenschrauben\u201c, unterstreicht Koberstedt.<\/p>\n<p>Bis 2025 werden dann an elf Produktionsorten weltweit 110.500 Autos j\u00e4hrlich entstehen. Das minimalistische E-Fahrzeug d\u00fcst ab Dezember 2019 auch \u00fcber deutsche Stra\u00dfen. Allerdings liegt der Preis mehr als doppelt so hoch, bei rund 22.000 Euro. Der Grund: h\u00f6here Produktionskosten und technische Umr\u00fcstungen f\u00fcr die Stra\u00dfenzulassung.<\/p>\n<p><strong>70 km\/h H\u00f6chstgeschwindigkeit, 200 km Reichweite<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die Basis des 1,5 m breiten, 3,7 m langen, 2,10 m hohen und 800 kg leichten Fahrzeugs ist ein Rahmen aus Profilblechen, die auch im Lkw-Bau zum Einsatz kommen. Zwar hat das aCar keinen Luxus an Bord, es fehlen Servolenkung, ABS, Radio und Klimaanlage. Doch technisch ist das Elektrofahrzeug zuverl\u00e4ssig. Verbaut ist beispielsweise ein elektrischer Antriebsstrang von Bosch. \u201eEin Elektroantrieb ist nicht nur umweltfreundlicher, sondern auch technisch die bessere L\u00f6sung, da er wartungsarm ist und sein volles Drehmoment direkt beim Anfahren entfalten kann\u201c, erkl\u00e4rt Projektleiter Martin \u0160olt\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Zwei Elektromotoren mit jeweils 11 PS beschleunigen das Fahrzeug mit Allradantrieb auf eine H\u00f6chstgeschwindigkeit von rund 70 km\/h. Die Batterie hat eine Kapazit\u00e4t von 20 kWh und erm\u00f6glicht eine Reichweite von bis zu 200 km. Das Aufladen an einer Haushaltssteckdose dauert sieben Stunden.\n<a class=\"synved-social-button synved-social-button-share synved-social-size-32 synved-social-resolution-single
