Die Gewinne, Dividenden und Kapitalgewinn k\u00f6nnen ins Ausland ohne Schwierigkeiten zur\u00fcck\u00fcberwiesen werden.<br \/>\nEs ist keine Mindestkapitalinvestition erforderlich.<br \/>\nWenn man mindestens $ 1 Million investiert, sind Steuererleichterungen m\u00f6glich.<br \/>\nEs gilt folgende Beschr\u00e4nkung: Wenn man in einen der folgenden Sektoren:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Elektrizit\u00e4t und Wasser<\/li>\n<li>Hotelbusiness<\/li>\n<li>Tourismus<\/li>\n<li>Transport und Logistik<\/li>\n<li>Hoch-, Tief-, Stra\u00dfenbau<\/li>\n<li>Telekommunikation<\/li>\n<li>IT-Technologie und Medien<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>investieren will, m\u00fcssen zwei Voraussetzungen erf\u00fcllt werden:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In diesen Sektoren muss mit angolanischen Staatsb\u00fcrgern oder angolanischen Firmen eine Partnerschaft bestehen, die mindestens 35 % des Gesellschaftskapitals halten.<\/li>\n<li>Es muss eine tats\u00e4chliche Mitwirkung des angolanischen Partners am Management der Gesellschaft bestehen und dies muss klar aus dem Gesellschaftsvertrag hervorgehen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Die angolanische Firma muss eine eingetragene Anschrift in Angola haben, wobei mindestens 51 % einem
